strategy for the concealing and the revealing of your letter / number combination

 

For the concealling strategy, i just make my letter across my number 0, so it makes my island looks like two rivers are naturally joint together. Also, i extrude some small islands in the middle of  the entire big island, and brush with some decals and vegetation.

 

In terms of textures, i had created about more than 10 textures layers so i can apply to my island in different place and high level of the terrain.

 

 

 

 

 

According to the previous video tutorials and weekly lecture, i make foreground and background for the island so my island will have a sense of layers.

 

 

 

 

 

Reflection:

 

During this week's progression, i encounter some technical issues, depends on the folder, the material name might varied, the texture/entity might not be able to display in a different computer. This week i also learnd to adjust the sunrays of my terrain, so it can more match with my island's concept/.
